Vendor Requirements

1. Booth Presentation:

Booths must adhere to the following standards:

8x6 and 6x4 Spaces: Only white, tan, cream, or beige patio umbrellas are permitted. Umbrellas are required to be set up regardless of the weather. Failure to comply will result in being asked to leave. UMBRELLAS ARE REQUIRED—NO EXCEPTIONS!
Display Tables: Must have table legs covered with clean, neutral or muted-colored tablecloths only. No bright colored tablecloths allowed.
Overall Presentation: All booth displays must be professional and tidy.
Signage must be professionally printed and/or artistically drawn within the aesthetic of Makers Hive Market. No plastic A-frames. Any signage not meeting these requirements must be first approved by the organizer within 48 hours prior to the market date.
Storage containers and other unsightly items must be stored under tables or discreetly in the vendor’s assigned space.
Only friendly soliciting of products is permitted, and complaints of poor service can be grounds for termination of vendor agreement at the discretion of event manager.
No pets other than registered assistance animals are allowed on PACKING DISTRICT and FARMERS PARK properties, including both indoor and outdoor areas.
Vendors must comply with local, state and federal rules and regulations, including but not limited to Anaheim Fire Department and California State board of Equalization requirements
Microphones and amplified sounds are not permitted within booths and/or adjacent parking space(s).
No smoking on the PACKING DISTRICT property. This includes burning incense, candles, and vaping.
No items resembling drug paraphernalia, weaponry or explicit merchandise is to be sold at the market. Family friendly displays only.

Failure to comply with these booth standards will result in immediate removal without a refund.
